Warranty Statement
Payment Terms
Due to the many different requirements imposed by federal and state laws on
consumer warranties, no express warranty, either “full” or “limited”, is offered
with this product. Implied warranties, including the implied warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to
one year from the date of purchase. We will not cover normal wear and tear or
abuse. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty
lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.
Visa, MasterCard, Discover Network, ACH, Prepay or COD (Money Order
or Cashiers Check only). The manufactured suggested retail prices, other
specifications and terms stated in this publication are subject to change
without notice. While LMT attempts to provide accurate information, there
may sometimes be inadvertent inaccuracies. LMT is not responsible for, and
reserves the right to correct any such inaccuracies.
Shipping and Handling Information
Due to the large volume of orders we process, all orders for in-stock product
will be shipped in the order received.
• We attempt to ship within five business days (business days do not include
weekends or holidays).
• All orders are shipped via UPS ground and will normally arrive between five to
seven business days after shipment.
• Some items, because of weight and size, may require additional shipping
charges and may take longer to arrive. Our shipping rate chart is an average.
• Shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii are slightly higher.
Overnight and Second Day Shipments
• We will attempt to ship overnight or second-day air orders if the order is
received before 2 PM central time.
• All requests for expedited orders must be made by telephone.
