Question 1. The ‘What’: What happened during this unit? Who was involved? What was that exercise like? What did you notice/observe? What was accomplished? What was the most challenging thing about that activity? What was the easiest? What were some things you noticed? Did any of these things surprise you? (4 points)
 In this unit, we did exercises that brought us together as a group so that we can know each other better. Everyone was involved in the activities, we have to first learn each other’s name then partner up with different people in the class to learn about each other more deeply.
 We did activities which required the whole group to work together and they are always something to require the class to show something about themselves. For example, we had to stand on the bench and organize into an order of birthdays. This activity allowed us to know who’s the oldest in class and also made us help each other while we were reordering because some of us were falling off the bench and needed help.
 I noticed that everyone in my class was really friendly and willing to make friends. In some of my previous PE classes, there are people who are not willing to be partners with certain people but this time, everyone was really humble. Throughout all the activities this unit, I’ve been partners with almost everyone in the class which is good because at least I had a chance to see who is a good partner and who is not.
 I thought the activity where everyone had to stand on the tiny step when we went to the field was hard. At the beginning we assume that we couldn’t do it which stopped many people from trying. Then we tried a few time but still couldn’t even get everyone to stand on the step let alone stand on it for 5 seconds. But then once we came up with a strategy, with the bigger people standing around the side and holding the person across or hugging the person next to them and the smaller people inside, everything just worked.
