Pediatrician

I would become interested in becoming a pediatrician for two reasons the first is I love children. The other is the medical field and helping others. I think it’s a great opportunity becoming a pediatrician because it’s a difficult career because of how small and important the lives of children are. Plus it gives you the opportunity to give a fresh and clean start in life.

Some of the responsibilities and tasks of pediatricians are helping and finding out the problems children are confronting. They help them recover from injuries or when there sick. They also monitor how children grow up and by giving them vaccinations to prevent them from catching diseases. Finally, they give advice about children’s diet, exercise, and behavior to parents.

I would say some of the environments of pediatricians are very colorful. So children won’t be scared of going to the doctor. Plus there are probably other doctors to help each other when they have problems. Another thing would probably be a very nice harmony always positive attitude. Working hours are probably long like any doctor sometimes they have to be there when they need them in an emergency. But they get the weekends free.
A pediatrician needs to know science and psychology. It also helps to be very gentle and patient; some children are very scared of doctors so they need to be reassured. They also need very good communication skills to get information from parents and to give it to them. It is also needed for them to love helping children and able to work with others.

I do think this would be and is a very good job for any person who enjoys the company of children and who loves to help them. I would defiantly enjoy have this kind of job. It is so interesting how the medical field of children works. Of course the course of always being filled with children all day. Plus it is a very good paying job. Also not that heavy of hours of job.
