THREE LENS ORGANIZATINAL ANALYSIS
Introduction
The organization that we selected for analysis is WARID. So we have decided to conduct an analysis of such organization on which we can apply the three lens. We have visited the head office of WARID that was situated in Blue Area 65-W, Executive Height, Fazal e Haq Road, Blue Area Islamabad. We have visited this organization on the 10th of december as the boundary manager of our team has arranged visit for the entire team in the WARID pakistan head office because of his past working in this organization he has couple of good relation with the fellow employees who really support us throughout the project. During our entire visit in the WARID. The representative of HR department who really provide us some very useful information that really help us to conduct a thorough analysis of this organization by apply three lens approaches. After gathering the required information about they behave strategically wise, political and through the perspective of culture the project manager who actually made the plan before our visit to this organization he then remind us the meeting that we have scheduled so that we can actually give some shape to this project however we experienced some conflicts throughout the preparation of this project facilitator of our project play an important role in solving those problems e.g. two people in our team had some issues related to attending meeting at the time assigned by our project manager so the facilitator actually comes up with a alternative which is acceptable by all the team members. In our visit to the WARID pakistan we try our best to see it through the perspective of three lenses our finding are mentioned clearly we have find that WARID culture is very strong which is the main reason thats...
