peronality test

1-Assume that you applied for a job and were asked to take a personality test, like the one offered by kronos. How would you react? Would you view the organization with which you were applying in a more or less favorable light? Why?
I would react normal and would take the test if I was really interested in the position on that particular company. I would look more favorable in regards to that company because it makes sense for companies to use these tests, even if they are not perfect. Companies spend a lot of time and money on recruiting and training staff, so they seek ways to ensure those resources are invested wisely. If the results of my test matches what the company was looking for, it makes sense to submit myself through the test.
2- Research on genetic influences on personality suggests that more than half of the variation in personality is due to nurture to life experiences. What life experience could make someone more conscientious? More agreeable? More neurotic? More extraverted? More open to new experience?
Most people become more conscientious as they get older and they experience life events such as marriage, marriage is one example how someone can be more conscientious, by speaking the truth, having compassion and giving attention. Marriage could also make some people more agreeable as well, people would have to listen more with the intent to understand not with the intent to respond. They would have to identify more what the other person is saying. Life experience such as married could also make some people more neurotic, if for example, one of the spouses are been unfaithful the other partner could really get into a point that the personality could get out of control leading to more neurotic actions. When some people are hurt by others in a friendship or in a relationship
