I am interested in the PhD program in Clinical psychology because it will prepare me to become a professional psychologist to practice at an advanced level, with learning the understanding and skill pertinent to medical/legal issues, the practical resolution of ethical dilemmas, effective collaboration with other health professionals, to gain knowledge of cultural and individual diversity relevant to psychology practice, and effective functioning in medical and managed care settings.
