I. Introduction A. How many of you think that you are invincible? B. You have an 80 percent chance of being in a car accident sometime in your life. II. Seat belts should be worn any time you are in a vehicle. (LA) A. Most accidents occur within three miles of home. (SE) B. In King County, 92.9 percent of highway accident victims wore their seat belts in 1992, while only 68 percent of city street accident victims wore theirs. (SE) III.
