Abstract
With the globalization of business and the rapid development of intelligent mobile phone, Mobile phone companies especially Samsung smart mobile phone companies face more and more challenges because of new business trends and the popularity of the Internet and 3G networks. In order to overcome business challenges, the Samsung smart mobile phone company should focus on developing an operating system in a study and a strategy ,to invest in research and development, which will increase the effectiveness of its R & D investment. In addition, the Company may acquire other high-tech companies to acquire new knowledge and technical expertise, in order to improve its technical profile, which will enable the company to develop better products and better than the competition. In addition, it will increase the company's presence and distribution channels in China.

A major technological trend that greatly impacted my life has been the Samsung Galaxy S III. It is a multi-touch smartphone created by the company Samsung that was made available to consumers July, 2012 and has sold more than 50 million units worldwide. Its predecessors are the Samsung Galaxy S I and II. The device supports Android 4.1.2 “Jelly Bean.” The phone is compatible with 4G LTE networks and also can run on Wi-Fi connections. The general selling point before this phone was released was its large screen in comparison to other smartphones in the market, such as the iPhone 4 or 4s.
