Transportable studio flash gear - the gallery needs colour accurate copies of the artwork for the catalouge, so the transportable studio flash gear is needed to achieve the correct exposure, so the colours of the painting aren't lightened or darkened too much.

Tripod - you need a tripod to stop camera shake, as well as helping minimise the amount of rotation adjustment so you get proper dimensions of the painting.

Polarising filter - you need a polarising filter to eliminate reflections.

90mm tilt-shift lens - allows you to shoot large paintings from floor level with the correct perspective because you're looking upwards

135mm lens - allows the painting to be framed from a distance

2 DSLR cameras - it is always good to have a back up camera
