BUSINESS OVERVIEW

1.1 The proposed business name is KOLLYZING NIG LTD; we are into manufacturing household cleaning detergents like tablet soap and liquid soaps e.t.c

1.2 The proposed business location is along Lagos Abeokuta Express Road under IFO local government. Ogun state.

1.3 This location is preferred because of the following reasons.
1. Availability of land at a low cost
2. Closeness to market (ifo, Sango, Oshodi, Agbado, Arigbajo)
3. Prospect, the latent market is large.

1.4 Our Vision is to become a household brand producing detergents that meet international standards and need of all our customers at a reasonable price.

1.5 Mission: To produce quality and affordable household detergent to our customer and to be an employer of labour.

1.6 Objectives:
1. To make sure that, we have our outlet all over the nation within the next 10years.
2. Our business objective is to achieved a sale of turnover within 24month of operation

1.7 Our Value proposition is to create customer satisfaction and timely delivery of quality product, also to make customer satisfaction our core value.

1.8 Our critical success factor: Our Company have the modern day technology i.e. our equipment are capable of producing 5,000 pieces of soap at once.
The staffs working with us are professional, which they have the full skill on how to produce and attainted to excellent customer service delivery.

1.9 Current status of the business: the business is yet fully started up but operating temporary without an approved registered name with CAC although the commencement has being in operation for over ten month.

1.10 Our business contributed to the local and national economy through the following way,
