During the first half of 2015, I have supported Operational Excellence Initiatives by proactively participating in
the temporary move of the PC Depot. My primary support in this function was to provide end
user troubleshooting and PC upgrades. Per the directive of executive leadership, I also managed hardware
procurement, asset disposal and onboarding account PC configuration. The PC Depot has also
fully supported the executive leadership concept of the PC Depot " Genius Bar", which displays and
demonstrates new PC models that will be available to end users. Although primarily located at the
Suntrust location, I have successfully managed assets via the Windows To Go recoup project, tech refresh
