Abstract

Burma, also called Myanmar,bounded on the west by Bangladesh;on the northwest by India’s Assam State;on the northeast by China’s Yunnan Province.It ‘s known as Burma until 1918.
Since its establishment in 1990s, three comprehensive constitutions, the ruling authorities and the contemporary political system of Burma are divided into three sections to introduce in the different period.
1、The first stage: the parliamentary party government period, from January 1948 to March 1962, the federal system.
According to Aung San Attlee Agreement, the United Kingdom was forced to make a commitment to the development of the constitution of Burma, in the form of recognition of the independence of Burma. In April 1947 at the Burma's election for a constituent assembly, led by Aung San Suu Kyi "anti fascist people's Freedom League" get attended the meeting on behalf of the vast majority of votes, composed of Burma's temporary government headed by Aung San.Burma implements the bicameral Parliament and the separation of the three powers of the political system.The most important political party in Burma is the anti fascist people's freedom alliance ". As a matter of fact, anti fascist people's Freedom League is a multi-party coalition, the alliance was established in 1944, 1945 provides Federation of Communist Party of Myanmar, Myanmar revolutionary party, Fabian party, thakin party, the Patriotic Party, Burmese party as well as the Burma national army, women, Youth Federation, Arakan National Parliament and some minority non party organization, in addition to a number of added to the identity of the individual writers, teachers and priests, and so on. First of all, the Communist Party of Burma was expelled, and later, the Burma party and other external parties split, and finally even the anti fascist people's freedom alliance has several divisions for several times.
