Another way to help pollution is to use different kinds of energy. Some examples are geo-thermal, hydro-power, and wind power. Using different energy sources is a great thing to do! If China used different energy sources, people would be more aware because different energy sources are very noticeable and help tremendously. Also, there wouldn’t be many fossil fuels in the air because wind power, hydro-power, or almost any other alternative energy source wouldn’t produce much pollution, if any. A problem with this idea is that using and providing different energy source is very expensive. China would have to build different machines to make room for the energy plants, get materials, and build the new energy sources. That costs a lot, and it takes a lot of time and effort to do. Another difficulty with this idea is that it could cause harm to Earth. Digging and drilling could harm the actual Earth. More construction could also disturb wildlife, which is not good at all!
I think that having China “Go Green” is a better choice. I think solution #1 is a better choice because it doesn’t cost a lot, it’s very easy to do, and it won’t hurt the environment at all. Some ideas are: don’t drive one day of the week, use less water, lights, and energy, and don’t use too much coal. People could also use reusable water bottles and bags, drive eco-friendly cars, or recycle! Many other things can be done, and if China works together, people can help, one step at a time.
