AIMS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE COURSE:

Welcome to Principles of Business Management IIA.

In this course, the focus is on:

Management and Organisational Behaviour can be used to guide you in your role as a Manager within an organisation. The general aim of the course is to provide you with an understanding of how the managers role and how individuals function within the broader organisation and within a team/group environment. In this course, we look at practical ways in which organisational behavior can be used to enhance and improve the ways in which individuals, teams and organisations function within the broader environmental context.

The course provides an overview of management and organisational behavior using the following textbook:

 Wendy Bloisi; Curtis W. Cook & Philip L. Hunsaker (2007). Management and Organizational Behaviour- 2nd European Edition. Mc Graw Hill
