I appreciate the opportunity to include this proposal for the implementation of the initiative. . The initiative will be based on the company’s operations planning, the TQM, and the design process. As you are aware, there are already ways that our current business processes are controlled, evaluated, and tracked; this new application will implement the best methodologies and latest technologies to improve quality, streamline the operations, and reach lean manufacturing operating performance. This proposal will provide Riordan Manufacturing with information on strategies, planning, forecasting, bottleneck identification, supply chain systems and make the connection with the operations equipment and available resources necessary to meet customer needs. The proposal is the best alternative to the practices of our current forecast and production methods, which rely on customer input. You will find that the main phases for implementation are displayed in a Gantt chart. I should also mention that the implementation plan included checks and balances throughout the process to maintain quality, throughput, and customer satisfaction.
