EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
As a part of our studies, we undertake project training at any production company.
As Vifor Pharma pvt. Ltd. is one of the leading companies in the sector of pharmaceutical, we have selected it for our project.
Our topic of project at Vifor Pharma pvt. Ltd. was “Production and Operations Management”.
Our main objective was to learn the practical application of the concepts that we were learning in the classroom.
Our project was basically divided 6 into different parts and we were given a very systematic schedule based on different topics.
At first we were given the presentation on the company, its products, its plants etc. and then we had visited the plant situated in KANDLA SEZ.
After that in the second visit we were introduced to the SOP (Standard Operating Processes) followed by Vifor Pharma. We learned that how they manage their production process....
