A professional management plan is an intricate part of career development. This plan will help to layout career objectives and what route should be taken to achieve these goals. The plan will also set the scene for the group to assess the skills, strengths, what areas need to be improved, and what resources as a group can be used to make it in the chosen careers. As people each person has emotions, personalities and attitudes at times but as a team these items which can be hindrances have to be overcome. A team must complete a goal together in order to be successful. The DiSC assessment will help to see each person’s individual behavior and how to interpret each behavior. In Learning Team A there are a total of five members. One member’s DiSC assessment categorizes the member at steadiness while the four remaining members are all cautious. Below is the chart for the team members and the characteristics each individually possess.
