Abstract
Memory is the cognitive system of human which helps us on knowing and understanding. As a student of Associate Degree, study takes the most important part of my life. Yet, the poor faculty of memory is always the strategy of my learning. With using the concepts of memory in Psychology, my study skills have been greatly enhanced. Correspond to the case study of myself, the following are the description of the studying behavior, explanations of the mental process, and the control solutions founded.

Descriptions of Behaviors
I used to facing much problems on memorizing before academic tests. To commence, the written tests of volleyball had perplexed me as usual in the college life. The course notes included two pages long talking about volleyball’s history which was just one over six of the materials, I have looked at them over an hour but still I can only be sure that I remember the first few statements. You know, that is really weary, made me losing endurance to continue. Worse still, when I studying for my microeconomics’ test, I found myself swiftly begin to forget the contents in the previous chapter after I finished the following one, and obviously at the end after I finished all chapters, I have to loop all steps I have done to rememorize all that stuffs! However, I finally have the general memory on the concepts, I messed up some ideas like the graphs and concepts of economic profit, loss and shut-down temperately in perfect competition.
