5000 words paper: Why not to play music in uniform

There is very little infromation that covers playing music while in uniform, however I able to find one partlicular piece of such infromation in Command Policy 18, Wear and Appearance of Uniforms and Civilian Attire. In Command Policy 18, Wear and Appearance of Uniforms and Civilian Attire it states in page 4, paragraph 12: "Headphones or earpieces (including hands-free/wireless and non-wireless electronic devices such as a Bluetooth device) are not authorized while wearing any. Army uniform, unless it is a component piece of military equipment (for example, the headset for a mine detector or a VIC3-style communications headset). An exception is when using a hands-free device while operating a motorized vehicle only." While this doesn't proten to my partcular sitauation, since I was listening to music without headphone it does also state: "All personnel will maintain a high standard of professional dress and appearance."That being said I do recongize that listening to music blaring from my breast pocket can convey a sense of unprofessionalism that is not to army standand. Also, The Ghost INN DFAC manager SFC Hernadze has stated that he doesnt want soliders to be playing music from their unifroms while working. That being said I also regconize an issue of integery on my part. It can be seen as a issue of respect for the rules of the DFAC as well. I also, regonize that this can also cause a serious safety hazard in the work place in some situations. These are the points I will focus on for the duration of this paper.
