Daddy, in my state the weekends fall on Saturday and Sunday. After five days of homework, assignments and extra curricular activities we are allowed to take some time off to relax and unwind during the weekends. I always look forward to my weekends when I can do the things I like to do.
I wake up late during the weekends. I spend a few minutes lazing in bed as there is no need to scramble for the only bathroom. As the smell of mother’s Nasi Lemak wafts into my room, I hop out of the bed. After a leisurely breakfast, I would spend some time poring over the newspaper. By 11 o’clock, I would normally be on my way to meet my friend. I usually do not have lunch on Friday as I go out with my friends.
We are normally go out and hanging out at an Internet café’ and doing some window shopping we will have lunch at one of the many fast food outlets. Going for a movie is next on our itinerary. By the time the movie ends, it would be late in the evening. After finalizing our plan for the following Saturday, we went back to hostel by bus.
The rest of Saturday is spent doing my assignments that have been given from lecturers. I will make a study group with my classmate. We will discuss about the assignments until we has already finished it. I’m usually gone to bed rather lately on Saturday after preparing for activities the next day. As soon as another week starts, I start looking forward to the following weekend.
