The Marine Corps ranks Are hear for everyone to understand and so that everyone can know the different ranks. The ranks start from Pvt to The four star general. The reason that the rank structure is hear is so that there is an understanding and the knowledge of where everybody stands. This helps out so when you are an E3 and below you can know when you have to do and you will respect the higher ranks then you. This goes for every rank I the structure. The more you respect the ranks the better off you will be. This also means the when you are talking to higher ranks you show respect and stand at prad rest and so that you understand the ranks. Also make sure that the ranks that you are in also now that you can understand and that you make notes of what ranks everybody is and make sure that while I now their ranks and you respect them and do everything in your power to understand the rank structure. This way by respecting the ranks you will keep your self out of trouble and you wont disrespect the ranks. Most ranks will be happy and will ecknowledgle what you have done. Some will be respectfull and others will not say a thing but most will just correct you and ask you to remind you about the ranks.
