Hongxing Raw material mill, which is developed independently and manufactured by Hongxing Mining Company, a subsidiary of Hongxing, was successfully put into operation 2X5000t/d cement production lines upgrading project line A.The vertical mill has the advantages of low energy consumption, high grinding efficiency, strong drying capacity, simple process and large production capacity, which has already become the key equipment of cement grinding system.

With an installed power of 3800---4200kw, the diameter of CRM5304 vertical mill is 5300 mm. It can be used in the raw material preparation system of the 5000-6000 t/d clinker production lines. CRM5304 raw material vertical mill has completed batch charging and commenced operation since September 2010. The preparation system operates easily and stably. The vertical and horizontal vibration are less than 1.5mm/s. The contractor speaks highly of its performance. mproved framework conditions, including expected CO2 compensation in Germany, are giving relief to this efficient smelter. It is the largest domestic raw material vertical mill which has been put into operation. Raw material vertical mill independently designed and manufactured by Hongxing, a branch of China National Materials Group (Hongxing), was put into operation successfully on April 29, 2009.
