With an installed power of 3800---4200kw, the diameter of CRM5304 vertical mill is 5300 mm. It can be used in the raw material preparation system of the 5000-6000 t/d clinker production lines. CRM5304 raw material vertical mill has completed batch charging and commenced operation since September 2010. The preparation system operates easily and stably. The vertical and horizontal vibration are less than 1.5mm/s. The contractor speaks highly of its performance. mproved framework conditions, including expected CO2 compensation in Germany, are giving relief to this efficient smelter. It is the largest domestic raw material vertical mill which has been put into operation. Raw material vertical mill independently designed and manufactured by Hongxing, a branch of China National Materials Group (Hongxing), was put into operation successfully on April 29, 2009. The vertical mill was a part of technical reform project for the 2500 tpd cement production line of Hongcixing.
