Have you experienced what happens after you eat chocolate? I bet you felt happy, and I truly believe chocolate can make us happier people. In fact, did you know our pituitary gland secretes a neurotransmitter called endorphin after you eat chocolate? Well it does! And this neurotransmitter is able to trigger comforting feelings and a bit of euphoria. That is why depressed people have cravings for chocolate. Today you will learn how to bake the tastiest chocolate cookies in the whole world, and trust me you will be happy after you eat them.
To begin make sure you have this ingredients: butter, flour, baking soda, sugar, chocolate chips, a chocolate bar, salt, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract and oatmeal. You must also have: an oven, a mixer, a blender or food processor, a double boiler or bain-marie, an ice cream scoop, a kitchen scale, a measuring cup, measuring spoons and a baking tray. First, put your apron on, and turn on some music of your choice while you are baking. Second, with your measuring cup, kitchen scale and measuring spoons, separate in different bowls the exact amount of each ingredient. You will be needing: 2 cups of butter, 4 cups of flour, 2 tea spoons of baking soda, 2 cups of sugar, 5 cups of grinded oatmeal (grind on the food processor or blender), 24oz of chocolates chips, 1 tea spoon of salt, 8oz chocolate bar, 4 eggs, 2 tea spoons of baking powder, 2 table spoons of vanilla extract.

Next, you will turn on your mixer, make sure to set it to medium speed, and add the eggs, and the vanilla extract. After they are completely blended, add the flour, the grinded oatmeal, the sugar, the salt, the baking soda and finally the baking powder.
