I enjoyed so much about this class the one assignment that really sticks out to me was the second step of the Healthy eating plan the comparison assignment. This was to compare the amounts of food we ate in week 3 and how our habits changed as we became more educated in week 8. I liked this assignment because when I first did it I was not eating enough and loosing weight at a speed that was not at all healthy. I learned what I needed to add to my diet to remain healthy and still get to a healthier weight for myself. This assignment was the one that helped me in my own personal health and goals that I have now set for myself. My eating habits have got better. I went from eating maybe one full meal a day to now eating what I know my body agrees with and in the correct amounts, I eat 2-3 meals a day now that are with in my limits. If I did not take that assignment seriously I would have never knew that I can really eat a lot of food if I just eat what is right. It has affected me by being more prepared for meals and shopping. I am now able to pass down these good habits to my children, who can share this and keep their families healthy from day one.
