Toward a definition of religion
There really is no true definition of religion, or any one definition because everybody has their own thoughts, feelings, and ideas about it. Each religion is different its own way, shape, and form. The people who belong to that religion each have the same main belief but also have some different beliefs, in the way they worship, think, believe, or even worship. Whether its praying at night to God, or praying five times a day to Allah, or praying to another God.
Religion has a lot of factors as well such as feelings, values, human thoughts, actions, and many others. How you feel about people, God, Allah, Budda, whatever, your feelings are all a part of your religion, and affect your actions and thoughts and what’s valuable to you. How you treat people, whether your nice, sweet, loving, caring, or mean, cruel, nasty, etc All of those actions will reflect on your religion because people will see that and think “hmmm I wonder if his religion caused him or her to act like that?” Some people value material possessions over everything else, but some people don’t, that is also reflected upon by your religion.
As ive already said once there really is no true definition of religion, because everyone’s views on it are different and vary from culture to culture, person to person. So really you can go out and believe whatever you want to believe religion means and you’ll always be right.
