Jesus and Mohammed Paper

Jesus is what Christian’s base their faith on, in which they base there studies on Jesus’s life, teachings, death, and resurrection. Jesus was born a Jew about two thousand years ago in Roman–occupied Palestine. Jesus taught for less than three years and the Roman government on charges of sedition executed him. Jesus’s story does not start with Jesus. God has been at work for a long time. Salvation, which is the main business of Jesus, is an old business. Jesus is the coming together in final form of themes, energies, and movements that had been set in motion before the foundation of the world.
The birth of Jesus took place when his mother, Mary, was engaged to be married to Joseph, and before they came to the marriage bed, Joseph discovered Mary was pregnant and had to find away to take care of things quietly so Mary would not be disgraced. While Joseph was finding a way to take care of things he had a dream in which God’s angle appeared and spoke to him: “Joseph, son of David, do not hesitate to get married. Mary’s pregnancy is spirit-conceived. God’s Holy Spirit has made her pregnant. She will bring a son to birth, and when she does, you, Joseph, will name him Jesus – “God Saves” –because he will save his people from their sins.” Jesus was born in Bethlehem Village, Judah territory. Jesus was names the Newborn King of the Jews.
Jesus had moved from Bethleham to his home town of Galilee, which this region’s name meant “Ring of Gentiles (non-Jews)”. In which since he considered Galilee to be his hometown, which was non-Jewish and the Christians worshiped the “Son of God” who was no longer a Jew but a Christian. The “Old Testament” is the Hebrew bible and the “New Testament” written after Jesus’s earthly mission. Christians believe Jesus’s life and teaching are the first four books of the New Testament.
