New or repaired diesel engine must have running-in process before used concrete batch mix plant, in order to improve the reliability and economic life of diesel engine. Under the condition of less than 70% of rated speed and 50% of rated load, it needs running 50 hours. After running-in process, we should stop drilling rig to strike out the oil inside the oil pan, clean pan and oil screen with diesel oil and replace oil and filter. After running-in period, oil and filter should be replaced every work 250 hours. Clean up the air filter to prevent the diesel engine scuffing of cylinder bore.
