Review what your role, responsibilities and boundaries as a teacher would be in terms of the teaching training cycle. [500 - 700 words]

IDENTIFY NEEDS
Before I start any course I would get to know my students by using an icebreaker procedure and also get them to know each other.
This would go through an initial assessment which will help me to find out the degree of knowledge of each student and decide on what they will need to learn.
According to…..

PLAN AND DESIGN
Having identified my students needs, I would write a session plan to follow during my courses and get them the handouts related to each chapter.
In addition to that I will make sure I have got enough resources which will help my students to learn easily. As the saying goes…..

DELIVER
For me delivering a course shouldn’t be only the teacher’s duty. It should be a mutual agreement, an exchange by both teacher and students linking theory to practice. This could be achieved by monitoring group works so that students ca discuss and come up with something they will easily keep in their mind.
Moreover my students will be motivated to achieve their target by giving them the full support they need.

ASSESS
At this level I will be able to check each student by assessing their knowledge through different tasks namely; quizzes, assignment and also read the student’s homework. Which could motivate the others to do better next time so that they can have theirs read as well.
This idea goes in the same way with … who was saying…

EVALUATE
In a nutshell I will make the students write a teaching journal which will allow me to get their feedback according to the course.
Based on those feed back I will analyse their strength and weaknesses and try to work out on what didn’t work all in bringing another teaching style to correct the previous one.
