In this section of the assignment you the reader will get an opportunity to read about all of the factual information pertaining to Riordan. Riordan manufacturing is a global manufacturing producer. The company employs about 550 people worldwide. There are several different plants spread all across the globe that make the products in which Riordan sell to its customers. In recent months Riordan has made several new changes in which they make their products. Riordan profits has dwindle in the last two years. Because their profits are not where they are suppose to be the company has made a change in their sales process. Riordan has gone to a customer –relationship management system. What this new sales process means to the customer is they now are serviced by an entire team instead of by one particular sales person.
