Riordan reward system has completely been restructured and reorganized and its changes aren’t sitting well with its employees. Being so, the company is definitely feeling the effects of their dissatisfaction. The current problems all started to manifest with the implementation of the company’s “new and improved” business strategies. These strategies failed to comply with employees’ wants and needs and beyond doubt need to be addressed. In order to get back on top, Riordan must provide an environment that possesses sufficient, adequate compensation and benefit programs and the creation of a reward program that will motivate, increase productivity, foster job satisfaction and increase overall morale.
