Insulin is made up of forty-eight amino acids and is vital to our health. Hormones and enzymes are vital to our body functions and health and without protein they would not be able to function in our body. Each enzyme and hormone has a different function and if we are not getting enough protein from our diets, then supplements will need to be taken.
