Today’s headlines are continually filled with reminders of how violent schools are becoming. Around 180,000 children, a day, stay home from school so that they don’t have to face those at school that bully them for what they wear or what they’re not wearing? Children killing other children.

Today I would like to educate you on what school uniforms are, how it will help with decreasing bullying, and most importantly keeping our children safe.
I would like to stress how enforcing uniform
First of all let’s go over what a school uniform consist of…as you can see it’s……..
The average cost of the school uniform range from 30-40 dollars depending on where you purchase the uniform. According to the U.S. Department of Education 23 % percent of private and public schools enforce the uniform policy. Dr. Arnold Goldstein, head of the Center for Research on aggression, agrees with uniform policy. He says “He believes that uniforms encourage a sense of belonging because they promote a feeling of community among the students and help make a troubled student feel like they belong”.
Next I would like to talk about bullying and why school uniforms can decrees the number of victims cause by bullying. I was once told that just because your child looks aright doesn’t mean everything is alright. School uniforms can help eliminate school bullying. According to the U.S Department of education bulling and crime rate dropped 91% percent over all. That alone speaks volume. If all the children have the same clothing, they will all be on the same playing field. No one wants to see their children hurt. Bullying is killing our kids.
Last but not least School uniforms will help keep our children safe. This will help all of you to more easily identify non-students, trespassers, and other visitors in the hallways. School uniforms promote pride and safety. Just as athletic teams’ uniforms promote unity and spirit, so...
