So deep in love but Allies family felt Noah was not good enough for Allie. They went their separate ways only to find love for one another once again. For years Noah waited for Allie to come back or write but never heard a word. They had a dream to one day have this old plantation fixed up the way Allie wanted, with a blue house with white shutters. Noah worked every day for years to finish the house waiting for Allie to come home to the house he worked so hard on. But she never came so the day came he finished the house he thought of selling the house but every offer was just not enough for him to sell he thought of burning it down but never did. He was so broken hearted that Allie never came back. That he went mad waiting. He loved her so that he went every day missing her. Allie was a girl from higher means she went off to school and worked as a nurse aid to the war veterans where she met a man named Laune Hammond. He was a man of higher means as well so her family was happy to have him courting their daughter. The day came that he purposed to Allie and she said yes with all her heart but at that moment thought of Noah’s face. They went on to plan their wedding. As she was tiring on dresses she read the paper saying that Noah had redone the old plantation just the way she wanted. Now Allie fainted for she realized that moment she still had feeling for Noah. SO she went to tell Laune that she had to take a trip to Sea brook where she met Noah .She had to see if there was anything left between the two of them. She arrived there and went to the house where Noah was working on furniture for the house. She was so nervous that she ran into the gate. He walked over to the car and invited her in. they sat and talked for hours about the past four years that she had been up to how she was getting married to Laune...
