Ignorance is what people get from all the complaints about sexual harassment; it is hardly surprising that sexual harassment still exists. It should vanish like gender discrimination did. In an attempt to go beyond the reasons which lead to that horrible non-stop actions, group of people formed organizations with same interests to focus on what reasons lead men and women to do such action, also to focus on how to deal with this problem and in addition to study why sexual harassment increases while it should be decreased specially now a days. While some research have been working on reporting the sexual harassment complaints to the higher authority for example at work when a woman is sexually harassed she became uncomfortable doing her tasks also when she may become afraid to tell fearing that they put the claim on her or having concerns that she may not be believed as it is impossible to a man to admit that or even worrying to have a bad reputation; admitting that she had been sexually harassed would show in her opinion that she had lost her respect and honor, effecting her attitude with herself and even with individuals around her consequently leaving her job which she need very badly for survival.

Elix (1984: 6) defined sexual harassment as actions which covers all improper behavior; verbally or physically towards the opposite sex like “unwelcome comments, gestures or actions of a sexual nature that interferes with an individual’s work performance, or creates a hostile, intimidating work environment” or sometimes sexual demands or offers. Sometimes women may not be aware that they are being sexually harassed like “standing too close or touching them unnecessarily.” Other kinds of sexual harassments like staring or touching or telling sexual remarks like dirty jokes or describing a women’s body or open sexual harassments like demanding women to do some certain stuff.
