KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This agreement is entered into this _____day of ________________, 20____ by and between __________________________________________________________________ Landowner of _______________________________________________________________________________, herein after called the “Lessor” being the registered owner under the Crop Share Rent Lease Agreement described below and _________________________________________________________, (Lessee) of ________________________________________________, for the lease of certain parcel(s) of land and all its existing improvements for the purpose of Mango Production and other Crop Production following the Good Farming Practice as prescribed by the Department of Agriculture and employing both “organic” and traditional practices and management in preparation for the farm’s transition from conventional to “organic” farm.

Witness that in consideration of the rents (Crop Shares), covenants, promises and concurrence contained in this Agreement on the part of the Lessor to be paid, observed and performed, the Lessor does hereby lease to the Lessee the following parcel(s) of land and premises situated in ________________________ Province of Guimaras, that is to say:
