About lignite dryer’s normal maintenance, it is not the simple way to clean it up, the cleaning temperature is also very important, different temperature will produce different effects. And the following is about its cleaning ways.
All lubricating oil shall all be released, thoroughly clean and replace the new oil when the lignite dryer put into operation for a month. Hereafter, changing the oil about every 6 months. All lubrication condition of each lubricating point and oil level should check at least every 4 hours. When the mill is in operation, the lubricating oil temperature of main bearing is no more than 55℃. During normal operation of mill, temperature of the bearing and reducer are not more than 55 ℃, the highest do not exceed 60 ℃. Large and small gear transmission are stable and without abnormal noise. When necessary, should timely adjust the gap. Lignite dryer runs smoothly, without strong shock. Motor current should be no abnormal fluctuations. Each connections do not loose, and in the joint surface, there is no oil leaking, water leakage and ore leakage phenomenon. Steel ball should be added in line with wear situation. If finging abnormal situation should stop and mill to check it. It is a regular work for mill repairing, and the repair effect will have direct influence to operation rate and service life of lignite dryer. In order to timely detect problems and eliminate them, to ensure the mill’s normal operation, besides the daily maintenance, it also need to stop grinding regularly to check important parts, such as hollow shaft, main bearing, cylinder, reducer, big and small gears, and make detailed records.
