They are three workers installing a sign of shop. The workers ages between fourteen and seventeen. They were using a truck mounted extensible metal ladder to post the sign. Two workers were holding the sign on the ladder and the other worker operating the extensible ladder. The metal extensible ladder touched a 13,200 voltage power line. The two workers stand in the extensible ladder and connect on the ground, which is made a good connection. The third worker tried to turn off the breaker contact in the power line, but it’s burned by the high voltage. Then, the third worker tried to drive the truck away to break contact.
