Skills Assessment and Matrix

This is a Learning Team project made up of six individuals who found that they have a great deal in common. After conducting an in-depth analysis and created a matrix that lists their education, experience, skills, and strengths. The team did an analysis and a discussion of different types of consulting firms that may use the skills. This paper will summarize the skills and list the consulting firms and why the skills would be appropriate; it will also discuss any additional skills and how to obtain them.
Team C is a diverse group made of six individuals with a mix of skills, which includes customer service, office work, a person proficient in speaking Spanish, and someone with strong delegating and budget management. Other members of the team are excellent listeners, observers, and writers that are competent with Internet research and computer software. The skills the team possess will enable them to work well together to cover several areas within a human services firm.
Working together as a team with different responses in reference to education, skills, experience, and strengths; everyones education involves human service, making human service consulting firms our best option. These three consulting firms include Schafer Consulting Incorporation, The Lewin Group, and Everyone Needs Help Human Service Consulting Firm. These firms will benefit from our teams skills wide range of experience, including retail, restaurant, management, and secretarial experience.
Our range of experience has helped us as a team to develop several skills that would be valuable to these consulting firms, such as documenting, communication, and various office skills.
