My results from the entrepreneur quiz landed in the category “Good.” That category basically states that I have the qualities of a successful entrepreneur with some weak spots and that I should be able to cover these deficiencies by either retraining myself or hiring someone with the necessary skills. I agree with these results because I’m a leader but being the age I am now, being responsible of the whole company and workers would be harder for me. Just like the results said, I should be able to strengthen those weak spots by either retraining myself or hiring someone with the skills that I need to improve in, or in my case finish school and continue to grow as a person and gain the qualities needed.
The attributes of a successful entrepreneur includes drive, thinking ability, competency in human relations, communication skills, and technical knowledge. Drive is your motivation and “Need for Achievement.” Thinking ability is your way of thinking originally, creatively, critically and analytically. Competency in human relations is how stable you are with people socially and emotionally, also how cooperative, considerate, cheerful, and tactful you are. Your communication skills includes your comprehension to others verbally and oral and written communications. Lastly, your technical knowledge is the information you know about producing goods and services and your use of the information purposefully.
I have always been interesting in helping others and understanding the why’s and how’s of behaviors and actions. With this interest came the idea of being a therapist, but not just a therapist, the head therapist in my own company. It has been a dream and big goal for me to start this business and for it to be successful enough to expand it in different states. This is a plan for me to follow and complete because it’s what I love to do and nothing is better than having a career doing...
