Kudle Fine Foods is committed to providing their customers with the finest selection of the very best foods and wines so that their customer’s culinary visions can come true, in order to achieve this goals Kudler Fine Food will look into the area of its weakness, strength and plan towards making best decision to achieve best result that will move the organization forward. Kudler Fine Food is faced with numerous problem affecting the organization which can be improved upon ,examples of such issues are small management team with a lot of responsibility, deals in mainly perishable fruits ,specialty shops with high payroll, geographical expansion limitation ,competing gourmet shops within the same geographical location with the same customer base. In order to address issues facing Kudler Fine Food and improve on the strength the management will focus on creating alternative solution, brainstorming, and track, learn from mistakes and improve upon opportunity available to them to achieve organizational goals. Kudler Fine Food deals mainly on perishable goods with out preservatives, it tends to loss marginal profit on such goods because by the end of the day those perishable goods are no more fresh, what can be done to address this issue? The organization can carefully plan their operations, order product when sales will be highest and be aware of buying patterns, improve and install automating inventory ordering process which will be useful in tracking periods that sales are high using stored data. Kuldler has a small management team with a lot of responsibility Kathy needs to delegate some of her duty to other member’s of the organization which will in turn train them and prepare them for the task ahead, Kathy needs to hire a manager that would manage the stores at all location , this will reduce the work load on her, then she can interact with the customers to figure out what their needs are, ask customers for ideas and input on how to improve on services...
