In order to compose this plan, we conducted extensive research, including a detailed analysis of your company’s environment, both internal and external forces and factors. Based upon this analysis, we devised five strategic goals which we trust you will consider implementing. We have also included the appropriate strategies we feel you should employ over the next three years in order to achieve these goals. In addition we have developed three year financial projections which are based upon successful implementation of these proposed strategies.
