InterClean, Inc. is a cleaning and sanitation company that has decided to enter a new market by focusing on solutions and services that will streamline the company’s efforts in the cleaning and sanitation industry as a result of requirements imposed for environmental safety. InterClean, Inc. realizes that in order to continue to be successful, the company must not only focus on products but must also focus on solutions and services. In order for InterClean, Inc. to transform the company, InterClean, Inc. will have to enter new markets.
The following is a synopsis of other companies that encountered issues such as InterClean, Inc., the issues the companies encountered and how each company responded to the issue and the result of the companies’ response to the situation.
