Strategic Plan for New Enterprise Stone and Lime Company
Conceptualizing a global business requires proper planning and development. The purpose of this paper is to establish a strategic plan analyzing the potential to implement the expansion of New Enterprise Stone and Lime Company (NES&L Co) across the globe to the country of Haiti. More companies are engaging in globalization, which is a process of connecting the world economy into becoming a single interdependent system. The desire to increase profits and sales or protect them from decreasing due to competitors is the drive for many managers, businesses, and companies to invest in international firms and enter foreign markets. NES&L Co’s representatives done an environmental study to identify regional concerns, country perils, market strategies, financial expectancies, the correct organizational structure, and exit strategies for putting this plan into action. NES&L Co must become accustomed to changes in regard to those issues through analysis, research, and proper decision-making.
Region Analysis
Haiti’s physical environment is poor because of PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT massive floods and weather stipulations that create deforestation, damaged property, and soil erosion. NES&L Co builds strong structures that are durable through those conditions and can improve the surroundings with quality formation. NES&L Co must comply with the government of Haiti because they want to craft a partnership and work on a government-based alliance. POLITICS Haiti’s government is known as semi-presidential republic and has a contentious and corruptive reputation. Contractual agreements are involved to ensure NES&L Co and the Haitian government is both satisfied. Haiti needs reconstructive help and NES&L Co can provide that with proper conformity.
