In this essay I will analyze the S.W.O.T analysis of Fictional Auto Company. I will describe how Fictional Auto Company can utilize this information to its benefit. Also, include how Fictional Auto Company can turn its weakness and threats into strengths and opportunities. This auto company can utilize this information to its benefit by looking at their strengths and taking them to the next level. They can change all their weaknesses to make it a better company. They can also take all their threats and make them into opportunities.
The auto company apparently has 20,000 associates, if they cross train their associates maybe the turnover rate for employees may decrease. The staff development program should help the employees move up in ranks faster, so it seem they have a pretty good connection with their employees. They can also follow the government regulations better to better succeed in business dealerships and avoid being fined. They can maybe fine better locations for the dealerships. They can better help with customer satisfaction by having customer satisfaction boxes in different locations, make sure that the auto business has resources for the customers. Customer reviews can threaten their marketing efforts, so they should have someone to respond to reviews and see what they can do to make the bad reviews better. They have no control over what type of reviews people will leave but it might make it helpful to follow up. I think there may have been a change in the supplier prices or the availability of raw materials, they could find a new supplier. The auto business needs to make sure they are up to date with technology to keep up with its competitors. The Auto Company has no control over potential or existing competitors but they can try their best to try to beat them out.
