Strategic Plan, Part II: SWOTT Analysis

In order to perform a proper SWOTT analysis of Fades ’Em All Barbershop/Beauty shop there is some questions that need to be answered. Those questions are regarding the strengths of the business, what type of resources it has, what are the pros and cons of the company, and what position and strength will it have or does it have in the market, and not to forget the competition. Not only that, but the company will need to conduct and assessment on which factors may cause a loss in sales and revenue. In addition, it will be required to pay close attention to the feelings and needs of the customers from an external and internal point of view.
Finding the strengths and weaknesses of the company will be essential in figuring out the type of opportunities that Fades ’Em All will have. By finding answers related to the customers’, the patterns of their purchases, how often they visit the shop, any changes to the market, how the company will deal with these issues, even technological changes will help in the assessment of the opportunities available to the company and its success.
Finally yet importantly, through the SWOTT analysis I am able to locate the type of threats that the company may face. In order to find out what the threats are it is imperative that we face any obstacles that may cause further damage in the future. In addition, we need to analyze the possible threats such as changes in technology, competition in the market, market trends, the financial status of the company, and any other problems that can cause changes to the present position of the company in the market. Threats do not just appear out of nowhere; weakness of the company may also become a threat and it can be avoided by conducting a proper SWOTT Analysis.
