The Tea Party Movement in America
Thru the constant bickering and false information constantly filtered out to the American public by the Tea Party Movement, this has brought nothing but pain and division to the United States. The Tea Party members have been seen as a powerful source of voting power in local and federal elections for the Republican Party, this has changed the face of the Republican Party, every public republican leader must now show almost all of their viewpoints in favor of The Tea party Movement. The actions of the Tea Party have lead congress to a slow crawl as to passing any kind of important policy or law. It seems as if every time a politician, Republican or Democratic, speaks out in opposition of any kind against the viewpoints of tea party opinion or ethics, the offending politician either is almost immediately shot down and ridiculed as a liberal on all of the tea party media platforms, most if not all republican pundits fall in line with the tea party for fear of the same thing happening to them.
Ever since the Tea Party started their big campaign rallies after America’s first black President Barack Obama, The political environment became very racially tense. In an online article from thenewcivilrightsmovement.com was posted “Top California Tea Party and GOP leader Marilyn Davenport refuses to quit after sending a racist email with a photo depicting Obama as a monkey in a family portrait.”(Thenewcivilrightsmovement). The Huffington Post had an article with the tea parties top ten racist posters many of them were just like Marilyn Davenport’s email, but two of them really stood out, one said “Obama’s plan WHITE SLAVERY” the other had a picture of president Barack Obama in a Nazi uniform and a little Hitler mustache this poster had two captions on it, the top caption was President Obama’s whole name Barack Hussein Obama, this was racist because the Tea Party wanted to show President Obama as a Muslim...
