TERROR ATTACK IN NORWAY 2011
My question: In Norway 2011 it was a terror attack, but what really happened under and after the attack?

Friday 22 July 2011 Norway was hit by two terrorist attacks. A bomb exploded in the government quarter. Eight people died, many were injured and the powerful tremors caused serious material damage.
Later the same day, 69 people were killed at Utøya in Buskerud County. Several others suffered serious gunshot injuries. Most were young people belonging to the Labour Party's youth organization AUF, which held its annual summer camp.
The perpetrator behind both the attacks, Anders Behring Breivik. Friday 24th August 2012, he was convicted of terrorist actions of 21-year detention in prison with minimum term of 10 years. The verdict was unanimous.
Bomb attacks on government building
At 3:25 exploded the bomb in the government quarter in Oslo. Large building is in the center shaken and the stores shelves fell together and items down on the floors. Windows were smashed: sidewalks and streets were filled with glass. The police received the first message about the explosion at 3.26. In the two streets around the government building people came running, some bleeding, others in shock over the peaceful Oslo and Norway was just hit by a terrorist attack.
Prime Minister's Office in the tower block was affected. Outside the reception area there was a huge crater in the ground. There it had been parked beforehand a large Volkswagen Crafter with a homemade chemical fertilizers bomb in the cargo hold. The smoke rolled out from the oil and energy ministry offices. Most ministries were hit hard. The same was the Supreme Court and newspaper house. Windows were shattered hundreds of meters radius from the ministries.
