Introduction
The requirement of this paper is to analyze a leader in terms of personal life, personality traits, leadership and motivational skills. We choose to learn more about Donald Trump. Our choice was primarily motivated by the few episodes of his TV show “The Apprentice” that the teacher has shown in class. We were also eager to know more about the person behind the famous “You’re fired” quote.
1.1 Personal Profile
Donald John Trump, or otherwise known as Donald Trump or The Donald, was born on 14 June 1946, in New York, U.S. Trump is a billionaire Real Estate Developer and CEO of the Trump Organization. He is the biggest real estate developer in New York. He owns prestigious estates all over America, one of them being the widely known, residential Trump Tower valued at $290 million. He has also put the “Trump” brand name on some of the most luxurious hotels, casinos and building complexes in New York City. He is famous for saying the words, “You’re fired.”
