Product : Polyurethane (PU) insulated panel cold room complete with refrigeration system
Panel : 4” thick Polyurethane (PU) panel for wall and ceiling.
Floor : 4” thick PU slab finishing with 4” BRC concrete.
Density : 40kg/m3+/-5%
Room Dimension : 10 x 14 x 9(h) to partition two room
Room Temperature : -20C and 5C
Door : 2 NO 3 x 6 swing door c/w strip curtain
TO SUPPLY AND INSTALL CONDENSING UNIT AND UNIT BLOWER
Condensing Unit : 1 set MT40 maneurop condensing unit
: 1 set MT28 maneurop condensing unit
Unit Blower : 1 unit UBFC 40 frescair blower 10400BTU/HR at -25C
: 1 unit UBCB 22 frescair blower 14600BTU/HR at 5C
Switchboard : One (1) no.electric switchboard c/w isolator, MCB, starter, contactor,
timer, overload, on / off switch hand labeling.
System : One (1) lot system accessories c/w expansion valve, filter drier, hand valve,
sight glass, hi/low pressure switch, digital controller etc.
Other : One (1) lot copper pipes, pipe insulation, PVC drain pipe within 15FT
refill gas and installation charge, c/w testing and commissioning.
Total Lump Sum : (RM) 48,500.00
Ringgit Malaysia : Forty Eight Thousand Five Hundred only.
Price Exclusion
Our offer excludes the follows:-
a) Any planning approval required by the appropriation authorities for the above construction.
b) Incoming electrical supplies to our control panel.
