BTK formally known as Dennis Rader. Dennis Lynn Rader was born March 9th, 1945 in a town called Wichita. After joining the US Air force in 1964 he became a meat cutter. That is how he met his wife Paula Dietz. They got married on May 22,1971.
On March 1st, 1993, he was charged with 10 counts of frist degree murder. On May 3rd he had a court date and pleaded " not guilty " and also stated he was insane. On June 27th he changed his plead to " guilty " and was sentednced to 175 years with out being legible for porole. He is said to be released on February 26th, 2180. On his June 27th trial, he said that "the devil" made him do it. He was said to be possesed. But at least he didn't blame it on his mother or father.
Dennis Rader named him self the B.T.K killer for : bind, torcher, and kill. His first known victims were Julie Otero and her familey. After that he went after more inicont people such as Kathryn Bright, Shirley Vian Relford, Nancy Fox, and three other not so lucky woman. Dennis was first arrested in February in Kansas.
Some people say he was possesed, but many say he was not. The judge also sentenced him to an exorisim to prove his plead of being possesed by the devil and evil demons. He pulled it off with the judge but the public and viewers thought otherwise.
Other then the fact that Dennis Lynn Rader A.K.A the BTK killer will spend the rest of his life in jail, he can never get another innocent person again! The town of Wichita is finally safe, for now.
